Chandigarh is very beautiful city in india. It was first well planned city .Chandigarh is also capital of Punjab and Haryana. The northern part of the country,Its far away from 238 km from the national capital at Delhi."Chandigarh" name called from "Chandi Mandir",which is situated on Kalka Road. From various years Chandigarh is the capital of Punjab.It is the first city known as concept of town planning in country.It was Designed by Le Corbusier, Chandigarh is combined into 61 sectors. Chandigarh also known as "Green City"due to pollution free air, Very big and beautiful tree in lined , very cool air of Sukhna Lake. Sukhna lake can attract the peoples to come chandigarh for fun-loving life.
Chandigarh is situated near shivalik mountains in Northwest india. It covered area of 44 sq km.It is surrounding with various disctricts as Mohali,Patiala and Ropar from Punjab and Punchkula & Ambala from Haryana

- Temperature in summer rise upto maximum 46.5 °C but remain between 35 °C to 40 °C.
- During June to September city moderate to heavy rainfall during the month of August or September).The Chandigarh receives heavy rainfall but Mostly its rainfall in monsoon season .Maximum rain in monsoon season is 195.5 mm
- During autumn temp rise upto max 36 °C. It is remain between 16° to 27° & Minimum temp 13 °C.
- During Winters always be cold in Chandigarh. Avg temp maximum upto 15 °C & minimum -2 °C.
- During spring season the temperature is maximum upto 25 °C & minmum 18°C
